This modern and large complex is located a few kilometers from the ski resort of Bansko and the newly designed golf courses. The unique skichalets of Redenka performed in the typical Alpine style and each have two or three bedrooms.
The chalets are situated in the complex Redenka Holiday Club. They are 24 chalets, 8 of which are with 2 bedrooms and the other 16 have 3 bedrooms. Redenka Chalets are recently built and furnished to the highest standards with all cooking and self-catering facilities and household appliances.

Located in the Redenka Place, overlooking the gorgeous Pirin Mountains on the South and the Rila Mountains on the North. Redenka Chalets are approx. 8 km away from Bansko ski resort and 2 km from Bansko Golf Course. Our Free shuttle bus is running to Bansko in the morning (first station of the Gondola) and back in the afternoon. Guests who wish to visit Bansko or the surrounding areas or towns can use the services of the private taxis. We are also organising shopping trips, sightseeing tours, and others on request.

Accommodation:
There are 8 two-bedroom and 73 bed- room in Redenka chalets for rent. All are exquisitely decorated in natural beige, cream, brown and pale lilacs which naturally compliment the Alpine surroundings and set a relaxing, cozy ambiance. Aspiring to provide the utmost comfort, the chalets provide: a fireplace, satellite TV, CD, MP3, DVD player, personal safety box, fridge, electric cooker, tea/coffee facilities, bathrobes, hairdryer, toaster, fireplace, microwave, maid service and maid service.

Food & Drinks Facilities:
The tavern style restaurant depicts an authentic Bulgarian spirit and provides a traditional menu which assembles some of the country’s most long established and coveted recipes. With the fireplace burning, a good meal and a great glass of Bulgarian wine, guests will enjoy many joyous moments at the Ethno tavern.

Spa and Leisure:
The complex is wonderful for those searching for active recreation and spa indulgences. There are outdoor and indoor swimming pools with special, shallow children’s sections, tennis courts, volleyball/basketball playground, children’s playground, fitness centre, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, solarium, massage centre and a spa centre with an array of cosmetic procedures and treatments.

- The prices are in Euro, per chalet, per night, based on 4 + 2 persons sharing 2-bedroom chalet and 6 + 2 persons sharing 3-bedroom chalet. The rates include use of indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sunbeds by the pool, parking and Internet for free.

- Maximum occupancy:
2-bedroom chalet - 6 persons
3-bedroom chalet - 8 persons

Winter 2009 - 2010:
- Children up to 6 years are accommodated free of charge on an extra bed and will not be charged for breakfast.
- Adult on extra bed pays 12 Euro

- Suppliment for breakfast - 3 Euro per adult and 2 Euro per child (6-12 years old), per day;
- Supplement for dinner - 8 Euro, per adult and 4 Euro per child (6-12 years old), per day;
- Children up to 6 years old get free meal;
- Supplement for return transfer to the Gondola lift in Bansko - 3 Euro, per person per day;
- Christmas dinner with a special program (optional): adults - 55 EUR per person; children from 6 to 12 years - 35 EUR
- New Year dinner with a special program (optional): adults - 85 EUR per person; children from 6 to 12 years - 50 EUR per person.

If you are planning to cook your own food and use the cooking facilities (oven, hob, tins, pots and pans - in order to boil, fry or bake food) you must consider that there is an additional one-time charge as follows:
2-bedroom chalet: 20 Euro.
3-bedroom chalet: 30 Euro.

This fee will cover the washing of these facilities as well as the kitchenware and is provided only on check out. The payment of this fee is obligatory. If you are using only the plates, salad bowls, glasses, forks, knives and spoons, as well as the microwave and the tea/coffee facilities to heat up your food and drinks you will not be charged this additional fee. Please also note that by default your chambermaid will not wash your cutlery used for food and drinks during your stay. Therefore we kindly ask you to wash your cutlery with detergent and sponge provided, and throw the unnecessary food in the bin inside the kitchen cupboards just under the sink. We can provide everyday washing services at additional daily cost of 10 Euros. Please order at the reception desk!

The lighting of a fireplace and wood for 3 hours burning is a subject to additional charge of 10 Euro. You will be provided with a box of firewood for approx. 3 hours burning. A person from the hotel staff will assist you with starting the fire and will give you instructions against fire accidents.

Cancelation:
* Cancellations for bookings for stay during the period 01 April - 30 November 2009 can be made, providing details of this are received at least 7 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 1 overnights accommodation. Cancellation for New Year period is 31 days before arrival and will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering!
