Pirin Golf & Country Club is an international luxury holiday complex, which offers vacation property rentals and manages a top-level golf club.
The resort is situated in Razlog Valley on an area of 150 hectare (1 500 000 sq.m.), in close proximity to the world famous ski resort Bansko. The holiday complex provides the unique opportunity for winter ski vacation, summer or a golf holiday.

The vacation properties (studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments) are ideally situated amidst lofty pines and lush meadows. They are arranged into three separate districts (Downtown, Lake, and Pirin) and each offers a different experience to the holiday makers. The resort represents a self-sustained small town with a commercial downtown area and different residential districts.
District Downtown consists of six living sections, united into three blocks. It is the busiest place in the complex with pedestrian access to the commercial trade areas, beautifully shaped green areas and restaurants. The apartments vary from a studio apartments to a 3-bedroom apartment, each facing either the golf course or the Pirin Mountain.
Downtown district offers different restaurants and bars including: Greek taverna "Octapus", Italian restaurant, Russian restaurant "East Europe", Piano Bar "Melody", Snooker Club and Snack Bar with a Coffee Shop.
District Pirin 3 is situated between Downtown and the Club House and is a quiet and peaceful place with a wonderful view to the mountain.
Its inhabitants have a pedestrian access to Downtown and easy use of the services offered by the Club House. The quarter consists of three identical living blocks with garages forming an inner space with zones for recreation and entertainment, swimming pools and cafes.
