The facilities working on the runs network of the holiday resort Pamporovo are with capacity of 11 600 people per hour. There are nine ski tows, as well as six lifts /chairlifts/, which allow the fast and comfortable movement of the skiers. The new six-seat chairlift of the Pomagalski company – France is with capacity of 2 400 people per hour -116 chairs of 6 seats each, with length of 2992 meters. The snowmaking system of the company Sufag and York is with total length of snow covering 4 034 m. It creates conditions for use of the runs for a longer period of time. The access to the facilities is controlled by a Axess chip card.

All ski runs are safe guarded and maintained in a very good condition. More than 100 highly qualified ski instructors fluent in different languages are here to teach both beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders. The duration of various courses is between 3 and 12 days and successfully completed training certificates are issued. The resort has a 24-hour medical center with emergency ambulance, hospital, pharmacy. Provided an opportunity for first aid on any places.
